Why choose Rabot Hotel for an adults-only wellness break?
Rabot Hotel’s spa, pool, yoga, self-guided trails and Project Chocolat are all on Rabot Estate. As a result, guests spend less time travelling between activities. The adults-only Lodges sit among cacao trees and tropical gardens near Soufrière.
The main wellness experiences are all within the hotel or on Rabot Estate:
- Sunrise and sunset yoga are included among the hotel’s organised activities when scheduled.
- In addition, self-guided nature trails run through the estate.
- Beauté de Cacao offers cacao massages, facials, body wraps, foot rituals, exfoliating and moisturising treatments, and an option designed for tired legs.
- Club Boucan also has a 50-foot black quartz infinity pool, loungers, shade and views of Petit Piton.
- Finally, Project Chocolat offers hands-on cacao experiences on the estate.
Plan one main spa appointment during the stay, with an optional second treatment if Beauté de Cacao is a priority. Instead of prescribing an unverified sequence, the treatment guide below lists the current menu and confirmed durations.
Rabot is a boutique hotel rather than a fixed retreat programme, so bookings can be arranged around the hotel’s current activity schedule.
Day one: arrive and settle in
After travelling, settle into your Lodge. For example, Standard Lodges have shutters, ceiling fans, open-air rainforest showers and garden views; Luxe Lodges add a private verandah, Petit Piton views and cooling sea breezes.
Spend the afternoon at Club Boucan. This 2,500-square-foot area is reserved for hotel guests and centres on a 50-foot black quartz infinity pool overlooking Petit Piton. Reclining loungers line the pool and shade is available. In addition, guests can order drinks, lunch and lighter dishes or use the honesty bar.

Spend the rest of the arrival day at Club Boucan before dinner at Rabot Restaurant. Before leaving reception, confirm the next day’s yoga time and any advance spa booking with the Front Desk.
Day two: sunrise yoga and an estate trail
Begin with sunrise yoga when it appears on the hotel’s activity schedule. Alternatively, Rabot offers sunset sessions, so check the daily activity board and choose the session that fits your plans.
After breakfast, choose a short walk on Rabot Estate’s network of self-guided nature trails. Therefore, bring trainers, a hat and water.
Afterwards, return to Club Boucan or your Lodge. However, keep the principal spa booking for day three unless the spa team confirms a different time.
Day three: Beauté de Cacao spa day
Make day three the main spa day. Because treatments range from 30 to 80 minutes, the appointment can fit around breakfast, Club Boucan and dinner.
Beauté de Cacao makes its treatments on the estate in fresh, small batches. For example, the current menu uses estate cacao, coconut oil, banana, clay, rose water and shea butter; the massages also offer four cacao-oil fragrances.
Beauté de Cacao treatment guide
- Cacao massages: 30, 50 or 80 minutes.
- For the cacao facial, allow 60 minutes.
- The cacao detox body wrap lasts 60 minutes.
- Allow 60 minutes for the cacao body exfoliate and moisturise treatment.
- Rabot anti-stress and foot ritual: 50 minutes.
- Piton Climb Leg Rejuvenate: 30 minutes and specifically intended after climbing Gros Piton.

Because treatments are charged separately, book them before arrival. Then ask the spa team to confirm current availability and help you choose the right option.
Day four: Project Chocolat and optional beach time
A fourth night leaves a full day for Project Chocolat without taking time away from the pool or the main spa appointment.
Project Chocolat is set across six acres of Rabot Estate. For example, hotel guests can take the Tree to Bean experience at no extra cost; Bean to Bar costs extra. In addition, the tour covers sustainable cacao growing, the estate’s organic cacao farm and the journey from seedling to chocolate.

After Project Chocolat, return to the pool. Alternatively, take the complimentary twice-daily shuttle to Malgretoute Beach, around a ten-minute drive away. At Malgretoute Beach, sun loungers, watersports and drinks service cost extra and can be charged to your room through the hotel’s arrangement with Paradise Hotel.
However, if spa treatments are central to the stay, day four can also hold an optional second appointment. In that case, choose from the same menu and confirm the timing directly with Beauté de Cacao.
Day five: floating breakfast and departure
Finally, use the departure morning for a final swim, short trail or breakfast overlooking Petit Piton.
Alternatively, hotel guests can arrange a floating breakfast on one morning of their stay. It is served on an in-pool platter at Club Boucan with views of Petit Piton, subject to availability.
How to make the itinerary your own
Adjust the itinerary around the hotel’s activity schedule and the experiences you want to prioritise.
A quieter itinerary
- For instance, keep one full afternoon free for Club Boucan.
- For example, choose a Lodge for a peaceful tropical garden outlook or a Luxe Lodge for a private verandah and wider rainforest views.
- Book only one timed experience each day.
More time at Beauté de Cacao
- Book one or two priority treatments before arrival, especially if you want a particular time.
- Instead, spread appointments across the full days rather than booking several treatments back to back.
- Afterwards, keep some free time so you can return to the pool or your Lodge.
Adding an island excursion
Rabot also offers boat trips and can arrange island excursions through reception.
