2026 marks 20 years since we began our cacao farming journey. Compelled by our passion to get closer to the ingredient we love most, we took on the restoration of Rabot Estate, Saint Lucia in 2006. Today, it’s not only a thriving centre for cacao expertise where we’re driving positive change for cacao farming, but also an award-winning hotel and chocolate experience.
